In detail
Together with the people doing the work today, we document how things run: where data is created, where it gets retyped, where a task waits for approval. The result is a prioritised list of automation candidates, rated by time saved, risk and implementation effort.
A good AI workflow is traceable. Every step has a defined input, a verifiable output and – where needed – a human approval. Responsibility stays with you, and mistakes surface before they reach customers or accounting.
I build the workflows myself – using language models such as Claude or GPT, automation platforms and your existing systems. After go-live we measure what the workflow really delivers and improve it in short cycles.
